Sales great team but services department really really bad don’t have costumer service management, rude , managers don’t have a clue of what costumer service is

From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.

Had a great experience at Arrigo. Nestor Diaz was great, he worked with us to get us the perfect car at the perfect price. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I cant recommend him enough! This Friday, Jun 23, My wife and I had a great experience with Micheal Domenech (salesperson) at Arrigo Dodge in Margate. We were not expecting to drive out with a new vehicle that day, but Micheal did just that! He was very professional and knowledgeable and kind. If you don't want to read all of the way through: Great sales department, everyone is wonderful, slow process, miscommunication is an issue but handled well, would highly recommend. I needed a new car after Hurricane Irma and I had inquired through internet sales, since I live about 3 and a half hours away, about a 2017 Dodge Journey. I received an automated response instantly to give Giovannah a call, so I did. She confirmed the car was still available and I said I could be there the next day to purchase it but that my husband could not be there; we were told it would be no problem and that we could make it work somehow to still have him be on the loan. I was told to ask for Giovannah when we arrived. I arrived the next morning a few minutes before opening and decided to walk around the lot. Ashley greeted us and we mentioned we were there for a specific vehicle and that we were told to ask for Giovannah. Ashley said it was no problem and that we would have to use a sales associate any ways as internet sales does not work the sales floor/lot. She went to get the keys and I saw that I had a voicemail from Alex at the dealership saying to ask for him when I arrive. I told Ashley since we were already there and she took care of it and made a deal with Alex. We felt bad, but we did not have any knowledge of who was really going to be helping us prior to our arrival. So we carried on with Ashley helping us. She showed us a Dodge Journey Crossroad (loved it!) and it was above my price range but she wanted to try to get us the deal on it. She tried as hard as she could before the sales manager came out, Rick I believe? And even he tried to make the numbers work with a longer loan term and such. That being said, we decided to go with the less expensive Journey SE and Rick helped us get a wonderful deal. Unfortunately, we were misinformed and we were told my husband would have to be present to have his name on the loan. When we made it to financing, they said they could do it in just my name but due to me being a first time car buyer, my interest rate would be higher, even with a great credit score. So we played around with the numbers and got it to where we were only $5 above my personal monthly payment cap and I was comfortable with that. Overall, everyone was absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend Dadeland DCJR for a vehicle purchase. The facility is very well kept and they have really great hours, even open on Sundays. My main gripes would be the misinformation about my husband having to be present and the process was very slow especially when we knew the exact car we were there for. Otherwise, everything was great and 2 days later I still love my new car.
