An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!

The first thing I noticed about Wickstrom Auto Group upon arrival was how amazing and welcoming their dealership appeared. The appearance was matched, however, by the employees and our sales person, Michael K. Michael was great in every aspect. He made sure all our questions and needs were met in a private suite. Woody and Denise went above and beyond as far as making our experience a very pleasant one. We never felt pressured at anytime and offered us a fantastic deal. As we have had unsatisfactory experiences at other dealerships. Woody was very knowledgeable, and if you want a pleasurable car buying experience I recommend asking for Woody.

This dealership is currently getting renovated inside and it’s beautiful! This is also the first time buying a car that I didn’t feel like I was getting “screwed over” somehow. They were very much on our side and enjoyable to work with.
