This is the only Kia location I have my car serviced at due to how friendly the staff is, how efficient they are, and how accommodating they are. My last visit was the 2nd or 3rd time I had Kobe as my service advisor and I don?t think there are kind enough words to describe what an absolute angel he is - super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Will be returning for future service needs.

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

Came in late night Monday night to look at Pathfinders. Dallas and the staff of Nissan Streetsboro did their best to get me finished up in time to enjoy most of my evening. Dallas found me the right Pathfinder (color, trim, etc) by asking the right questions. Great experience!

We had been looking for a long time for a good used car to make a long daily commute to and from work. It was frustrating trying to stay in budget! Many of the dealerships we were looking at either had high prices for cars with little to no repair or cleaning, or they DID take care of those things and had the higher sticker price to go with it. Godard had a great selection of really nice cars at really fair prices. What a breath of fresh air! Very laid-back atmosphere -- no high pressure sales. They are confident of what they are selling and the price they are asking, so no need for those tactics. A really nice establishment; comfortable, not flashy. The cars are nicely situated, easy to look at. They have the price displayed on each car (we started walking away from dealers who wouldn't do this). We have already put almost 200 miles on the car and haven't had any trouble. I am SO glad we finally found them!

Barry A. was so help, patient and makes sure you got the best deal. He also listen to us to keep us in the the price range we wanted. He is the #1 salesman in my life. I will recommend Barry to anyone. Barry came highly recommended by Anthony a service leader. Anthony told us the truth about a pervious car. Just purchased my second vehicle from Prime. Got it home and found it to have a transmission leak. Called the next day and they got it right in and fixed it without any hesitation or hidden cost. Was very apologetic that it happened. Used car is just that used. Felt that they were very fair with price, easy to work with, lots of cars, and on both car buying experiences they have been great. The last one they went well above and beyond what was expected. Will continue to buy all used cars from them in the future.

Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.
