Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. Can't be more happier with my purchase. I bought a Tesla from them and traded-in my V8 truck due to gas prices. They shipped the Tesla to me first and picked up my trade. Tom was my salesman and he was phenomenal! From the first time I called, when I picked up my vehicle and after the sale, he has been nothing but extremely helpful! I found a 2019 Jeep Cherokee in great shape and for a great price. He warned me that a non refundable deposit would be needed to hold the vehicle since there was lots of interest in it. I was a bit nervous about trusting a person over the phone and especially a car salesman!! 2 weeks later, I feel that I have made the best auto purchase of my life. This vehicle is in great shape and everything Tom has told me has been the truth. I will not hesitate to buy from this group again!!! A A

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

I have no idea what happened with all the poor reviews. My experience with Jay and everyone else at Perfect Auto was wonderful. This was my first car purchase strictly in my name. It's a big decision and was nerve racking. They helped me make it easy and stress free. Plus I love my 2017 Subaru Legacy!!!

My four wheel drive truck has a Cummins diesel. It is quiet, probably more powerful than needed, comfortable, and gets great fuel economy. Bought it for taking trips and being able to drag along any toy I can think of. It tows everything I own and the truck hardly notices the additional load.

I really felt I had to leave a review for this dealership because some of the bad reviews they're getting just don't match up with what I saw. They weren't my first pick, but they had the car I wanted at a good price, and they also got me a decent loan rate. So, I thought, why not give them a try? And wow, I'm glad I did! My Lincoln Navigator is awesome - it's in perfect shape just like they said, had only one previous owner, and looks great both inside and out. Zee was super helpful and nice the whole time. I kept changing my mind for like two weeks, but he was always patient and never made me feel pushed to buy. I'd totally recommend them if you're looking for a car.
