Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. Outstanding right from the beginning! Very casual approach from all team members. Zero pressure. Never once felt intimidated during the whole process. My initial phone call with Jenna was pleasant as she got the ball rolling. My primary salesman was Dustin. His approach is extremely respectful and he was informative and passionate about what he was showing. I spoke with the owner Jory, the man is down to earth, family oriented and is more than understanding with the needs of his customers. The entire purchase was smooth and efficient!
