Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

When our son graduated from college this past May, we knew he would need a reliable vehicle to get back and forth from work. Already having two vehicles from St J Auto, we knew where to go. Daniel fell in love with the 2020 Buick Encore GX on the lot. We set up an appointment to test drive the car. Doug, one of the sales managers was great to deal with. He answered all our questions, and I was pretty persistent on a few questions, thank you Doug. The buying experience was made easy by the staff at St J Auto, and we thank them for that. The lady in finance (sorry, forgot name) answered all our questions and got us to a final price we were happy with. After taking the car home, we ran in to a few minor problems and also had a minor recall on the Encore GX. The employees in the service department were great to deal with, Denise, Jackie, and Zac all helped us with the issues. There were a few things we didn't understand what was going on with the recall and all, but in the end the staff at St J Auto once again did a great job getting us through another car buying experience.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

The Internet sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Consider doing business with them if the price is right.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Due to the current truck shortages dealers have been adding $5-15,000 over MSRP but you guys stood by your MSRP price. They also met me in NY at airport with my truck to save 5 hours off of my return drive. Couldn’t have asked for a more simple process and great team to work with. Thank you for all the help.

I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

I called the sales department at 7 am. Was greeted by Emma. Confirmed the truck I wanted to look at was available. Upon arrival I was not overwhelmed by a salesman in the lot. Excellent. Once I went inside I was promptly greeted by Emma who remembered me calling and immediately had the truck I wanted to see ready for my inspection. Very professional young lady and very down to earth. Next I was greeted by Dean in sales who was a great guy. No pressure whatsoever from him. Tested the truck. Asked for a price. Got it ASAP with no xx. Great guy. Deans attitude and honesty sold me. Haven’t been in a dealership like this before. Honest real people. Not the fake people trying to get your money. I was next introduced to any in finance and she was very professional and very pleasant. Just wish I got to meet her dogs. Overall best experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!
