Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I was in the market for a used car for about 6 weeks. I searched online, drove 3 hours away to Indianapolis 3 different times, an hour and a half to Lexington, ky, looking for my perfect car. Wasnt just looking for a car, looking for the perfect car. The Infinity fx35 is what I wanted, but everywhere I went, there was always something about the vehicle that wasn't good, to me, I'm picky. Well, 4 hours away online in Illinois I found a great looking car. I spoke to JUSTIN, a salesman at this dealership. He was super helpful. The car was a 2011 Infiniti fx35 and looked great on the pics. I asked him to go through the car and tell me everything that he thought would be a blemish. Looking at the pictures the car looked perfect. He was so honest and told me of the few blemishes. Since I had to drive 4 hours away, JUSTIN really eased my mind about making that trip. I called and texted him probably 25times even well after he was off work at night. He was awesome and so friendly. I would recommend JUSTIN for anyone wanting the off the stereotype salesman. I live about 90 miles away, and Alex engineered the entire deal in series of emails that followed an initial single short phone call in a response to my online inquiry if they work with Chrysler Capital, that has been offering great cash backs and 0% interest rate. Alex pointed out that I also qualified for additional Chrysler Capital cash back offer that I didn’t know about despite my careful research. Very impressive. Late at night on Monday I submitted a Chrysler Capital online loan application that was approved within 30 seconds, and around noon on Tuesday I got a call from Alex that they are ready for me to get the vehicle. We worked out Thursday afternoon as the day that worked for Alex and me, and the dealership kept the vehicle reserved for me for these 2 days with no deposit. When I arrived the only thing for me was to sign papers at Sarah Sloan’s office, which took about 15 minutes. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

Very roomy on the interior with great interior and exterior design. Lots of power, handles all terrain well and excellent on mpg for its size.
