I was very surprised at the large and venturi that they had compared to other dealerships I had visited. And the Product Specialist I had, Adam K. was very knowledgeable and helped through the whole process.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I have updated my review to reflect the outstanding job Jeff the service manager has done to fix my issues. Upon learning of the problems Jeff looked over my account and realized that my extended warranty was not in their system. He went above and beyond to figure out why these repairs were not covered and he helped me find out that my warranty was actually through Fidelity not Hyundai like I thought. He got this info by contacting the dealership I bought my car from and went above and beyond to get to the heart of the issue and I appreciate him doing that. The staff at this location is always friendly and professional and Jeff worked really hard to make sure I was taken care of. Having a manager like Jeff on staff to fix issues when they occur is very important and he did a great job of resolving the issues I had.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I walked out their doors a happy customer knowing I got the lease deal I wanted for a brand new 2020 Ram Big Horn. I would definitely recommend them.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. I'm from Colorado and buying a car out of state is so nerve wracking. Tony & Syndie were awesome to work with. Tony provided specific details I was needing to the car and great videos. Every time I asked a question, I was told the keys to the car are with the GM. This was so meaningful to me as no one is allowed to mess with the cars unless they are serious and go through the process which is a huge advantage to the buyer. Obviously, the GM is highly competent & knows how to run a multimillion-dollar dealership & knows how to exceed buyers' expectations. I look forward to finalizing & the delivery process. 163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .
