Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Love the service department which I then investigated the price on the loaner and was very happy with the process and no pressure to buy

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

He is an all around great guy and an excellent car salesman because he truly cares about his customers. He posted the Renegade on Facebook & I jokingly said I’d trade him a Hyundai for it. He took me serious and he made it happen, even though it hasn’t quite been a year since I bought the Hyundai from him. He knew I wasn’t happy with that Hyundai Kona, because when I bought, I just settled. Yes, my car payment is a little higher, but now I’m driving a vehicle I truly love, and I didn’t even have to test drive it! Everyone at WAC was so nice and helpful! This is our 3rd Jeep from them and I’ve always been treated like I matter and not just like another sale. And I love that they play Contemporary Christian music. This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

Then when I got there Josh was busy so I had a different salesman (Chase) help me look around for what I wanted. Chase was the NICEST person I’ve ever had help me made a big decision. Jorge jumped in when I started talking about payments and he was funny and nice as well! All of the staff there is overall amazing. They didn’t push me to buy anything. I came back 5 days in a row because each day I wasn’t sure and they were okay with that! They didn’t push me to buy the more expensive car , they actually cared about what would be best fit for me and my situation. I ended up leaving with a nice truck ! Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.
