I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Took 2018 CRV in for service. When I left they had made a deal on 2020 CRV I could not refuse. CJ was excellent in his professionalism and knowledge of vehicle. He had what they call the it factor. After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Have always receive great service from this dealership. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. I have not used the service area, but the inside waiting area looks very clean and comfortable.

Great looking truck that rides like a luxury car. The suspension is state of the art and was the deciding factor for me versus the F-150. The Uconnect system works seamlessly to provide phone connectivity and the myriad of available features make customizing your Ram a breeze.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Audry went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, coming in on his day off twice to help me buy a used car for my daughter. Audry listened to my needs and helped me find the car to fit. The dealerships, Randal Ford, inspection and safety certification for used cars made me feel more comfortable getting my daughter her first car. Audry took the time to go over the cars features with both me and my daughter and was very patient when explaining things to her. Being 17 this was her first car buying experience and it went great. I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!
