I highly recommend this dealership. I have been buying new cars every three to four years for over 30 years now and this was by far the easiest/smoothest buying process so far! This was my first time buying a pre-owned car from other than a large name-brand car dealership, and what a difference! We purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 with only 9700 miles on it. We were was able to negotiate everything via email and text prior to going to the dealership. We worked with Mo and Tom, and these guys were fantastic. They were honest and kept their word - try getting that at a big dealership! The guys gave us an amazing deal, below market value; and in addition, they gave us what we asked for on our trade - again, showing that they were not only honest, but fair. These guys will definitely earn our future business!

It is highly utilitarian, no frills. Highy efficient fuel wise. Semi automatic transmission annoyed me at first but actually works extremely well. Only relibility problem was bad battery ground connector cam lock. It caused lots of problems.

This car has plenty of legroom in the front, it met all of my needs. very comfortable to drive. Does not use to much gasoline.

Richard Wade was an excellent salesman! Even though I told him I was not sure that I was ready to buy a car, he patiently explained the car’s features and answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He noticed a scratch that I had not seen, and had it repaired. When we were going through the settings, he made sure that I knew which ones were most important for me and set them up. Richard knows the car and how to make sure the car is right for the customer! Great experience!

Purchased this vehicle as an alternative to the AWD SUV I had planned on getting. Was very reluctant at first but ended up making the deal. Wanted an AWD SUV to start doing road trips across America starting in 2019. Gave it 5 STARS Reliability, but C-Mon it only has 300 miles on it so look at longer term owners for a Reliability score. Family ended up needing a vehicle capable of being used part time as a wheelchair ramp vehicle, and the Promaster had the lowest load floor of the full size vans. So that's what I looked at and ended up purchasing. Got the 136" wheelbase high roof, and after owning it a couple weeks went from meh to absolutely loving this vehicle. It felt huge at first, you sit higher than 4x4 1 ton trucks, and it's over 6' wide internally! Yet despite it's intimidating factor it still fits if just barely into any normal parking spot! It's the perfect size for a non commercial user like me, tons of room internally but can park anywhere. I've owned tons of new and used trucks over the years and even I was a bit iffy driving this at first. Poor visibility as it has no windows out back, but the great side mirrors and backup camera quickly took away that intimidation factor. Now it feels just like a very tall Minivan and I can drive it around parking lots with ease. What amazes me even after a few hundred miles is the turning circle! I swear it has a tighter turning circle than my 2014 Nissan Altima that's my daily driver! It's insane how it can make U-Turns and swing around in parking lots so easily. Finally the more I look over the vehicle the more I love how they built it. They claim it's the easiest and cheapest commercial van to service and maintain and I'm a believer now. Fuel Pump access is under a cover in the cab, and almost everything for normal maintenance and repair is easily accessed via floor hatches or under the hood. The interior is very odd looking but functional, the Ford has a much nicer looking Dashboard layout though. I do have to say though this Promaster's dashboard feels very durable and just makes it feel like a big rig compared to a wagon like the Fords did. I may be weird but I like feeling like I'm driving a Big Rig and ended up even loving that. Really my only complaint for the vehicle is the interior paint. I've hauled a few things so far and I swear the paint on the interior floor scratches just looking at it! I have ordered Hurculiner to roll onto the floor and wheel housings so I never had to worry about it again. Plan on doing 3 coats just to give it a nice thick barrier to protect the metal. Didn't really want to buy this 'Stupid Bug-eyed Van' as I called it at first... But good god I've ended up falling in love with it's useful design quirks and honestly fun to drive around high seating position! I swear I feel I could put anything in it and it would haul it without complaint, and the lower load floor has no step on the side or back doors and is level all the way across.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. Out of state buyer, so I had the BMW I was interested in sent to the BMW Dealership for a full inspection. They dropped of car as well as picked it up after the inspection. As you would expect the dealership was able to find some concerns. Tony and his team went out of their way to start fixing the issues. During this process I decided to go a different direction and not purchase the car. Tony was very gracious and said he would work on refunding my deposit immediately and hoped we could work together in the future.

IF U DONT WANNA GET STUCK UN A SNOW THIS VAN IS THE BEST CHOICE OF THE CARGO VAN , FRONT WHEEL VAN ,I LOVE IT
