I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. He stayed in touch, let me know when a car came in he thought would interest us, without a hint of pushiness. I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

The dealership staff was very friendly. My salesman was knowledgeable about my specific vehicle and was able to answer any questions I had. He did not try to up sale me on anything, and has checked in with me a few times since the sale. This is something lacking in a lot of dealerships.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

I bought a 2019 new reg cab 3.6. 2wd. As of this week 126,000 miles. Did tires and brakes at 85,000. Wheel bearing at 100,000 on front. Just this week had misfire cylinder #3 and replaced plugs. Other than oil changes synthetic every 10,000 miles is only maintenance. I on occasion pull 20ft big Tex car trailer as far as Ohio to Connecticut. Not a power house but tows high way speed no problem. Back in 2019 this truck was $23,000 new. Excellent value.

*Crew Cab Laramie - gorgeous truck. Get a lot of compliments on it. Finish is very good. *HEMI has a lot of power. Goes well with the 8-speed transmission. Both have been trouble free. Averaging around 18 mpg overall. Very reliable. Back Up Cam is useful towing - you can watch your trailer / load on the screen. *Interior is plush, especially for a truck. Roomy - back seating area is like a Checker Marathon cab. Lots of useful creature comforts. Love the floor storage in the rear, Lots of cupholders - happy riders. *Things to watch for; **Moisture / condensation on windshield. Needs to be wiped off occasionally. No "leaks" found". **Condensation at rear window (with moving center section). --Irritating things; --Only bed front stake pockets have OEM covers. Need to locate / purchase covers for rear stake pockets - on a $60K+ truck? --"All painted nose" means plenty of paint chips to cover / fill. Dr Color Chip = exact color match. --Towing Assist is a PITA - it will stop the truck dead backing up with a trailer if it's not disabled. Overall, very good truck. Hauls, tows and carries without issue. Rides like a luxury car. Like any vehicle, it has minor irritating issues that are easily worked around. Don't be surprised if you can't get it into your garage. My Laramie Crew Cab with the 6'4" box is 23'8" long. The garage is 24'. Be so advised.

Was able to take the car home and keep it overnight to show the car to my wife. Brought it back the next morning and decided to buy the car. Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.
