Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

We had a great experience with Brian. My son went to buy a car from another dealership, had a certified check made out to the dealership and as we were on our way to the dealership to buy the car they sold it out from under him. He found a very low mileage reasonably priced car at Hollaran’s Dealership. He called up to see if the car was still available as we would be driving almost 2 hours to get there. Brian offered to set the vehicle aside after some questions and he stuck to his word. We were very pleased with the professionalism and polite business from Brian and his brother both. Edward Stetz did a great job with helping us with the purchase of our new pre-owned Explorer. Edward and the rest of the staff that were involved with our purchase, worked with us to get the vehicle in our price range, and gave us a great trade in value on our old vehicle. The entire staff was friendly and even stayed late after closing hours to make sure we were able to get everything taken care of. They took the time to explain every little detail about the vehicle, and made sure it had a current inspection and emissions so we would not have to worry about it later.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Love the truck But, why in the world does Ram not offer the advanced safety group (adaptive cruise, in lane guidance) and the 4 corner air suspension in after sale install kits? At this time: there are 4 - 2023 ecodiesel Rams equipped with advanced safety tech group in the ENTIRE country. There are 3 equipped with air ride. Why isn’t this more widely available?

Recently bought a truck from Hollern and Sons. I worked with Brian and had a great experience. The truck was in great condition and the price was better than I could find thorough a nation wide search for the specs I wanted and the low milage. I drove 3hrs to get the truck and it was worth it. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

Ben Morning is a wonderful salesman! I came out to spitzer's to look at a GMC that I had seen online, and it was sold! My eye caught a beautiful, white SUV sitting there and I asked Ben if it was sold and he said no! I took it for a test drive and when I returned, he said that I was the first one to test drive it and that it hasn't even been through service yet! I told him I wanted it! Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .
