I brought my car in for a minor repair. The service department was professional and got the job done well. It took a bit longer than I expected, but the quality of the work was top-notch, and they kept me informed about the progress.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

This is my third oil change for my 2019 Ram 1500. The Service team is always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am in and out in about 30 minutes. This dealership is so easy to work with. I'm very impressed.

My family has bought vehicles from the Bayside Dodge Jeep dealership in the past and have always been pleased with the smooth service, however we have never had to bring any vehicle purchased from them to their service department, as we haven't had any issues. After purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from a private sale, I noticed it had a transmission leak and had trouble finding a shop that would do the extensive repair. I ultimately decided to bring it to the bayside dodge jeep dealership to ensure the job would be done correctly and was more than happy with the process and result. The service managers Bob and Eddie were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to keep me updated and informed with the status of my car. They got the work done fast and at a reasonable price. My 2008 jeep wrangler now runs good as new! Highly recommend Brewster Ford. I walked in and customer service introduced me to my sales rep Tim. He was funny, knowledgeable, just a really relatable guy. He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. When I went to pick it up it somehow looked even better. He's honest, friendly, and attentive - a real gentleman. I should also mention Brian in financing who got me a fantastic loan deal, Bonnie who processed the registration paperwork and delivered my car in Mass, and finally Robert (supervisor/manager) who was also extremely friendly and helpful and started the whole process on a great footing. I only wish they were closer to where I live so I could do all my maintenance, repair, etc. work with them.
