I am familiar with H & H Tire from years past and having a nearby trnasmission shop of my own.. They are a great crew of people who care! I sent them customers and worked with them on some of our customer's needs, I never had a bad experience and highly reccommend this long established and well respected business in the community!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I have regularly maintained my 2003 Dodge Durango SLT at this dealership since it's original warranty period expired. I like the service team's general approach to maintenance (which has not changed under different ownership) - address only mechanical issues requiring attention at the appropriate time and accomplishing identified work with sound credentials. No repairs have ever been performed that required a call-back. I think I generally take very good care of this vehicle and I believe its underlying engineering was solid to begin with, so, all around, it's been a good partnership over the years.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Personal service you don't find in larger dealerships. We have purchased 2 cars and enjoyed both experiences.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Our salesman Joe went above and beyond for me, I wanted a Jeep Renegade but they did not have any used, then Joe remembered they just took one in but has not been through detail or anything, they let us drive it and I fell in love, gave me a fair offer for my trade, Financing was easy, a very great car buying experience.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

He worked diligently to find the vehicle I was looking for and was flexible enough to find the same truck in a color that I was hoping for and happily switched the paperwork to the new vehicle. In the end, he helped me find the truck with the mechanical features I needed in a pleasant color and was eager to work through the whole process. Josh in F & I was equally informative, and strived to provide options that would offer me the most appropriate choice in service. He knew just how to work through the hurdles of the DMV process to smooth things out. And I’ve owned a lot from Toyota tundras,Toyota Tacoma‘s ,Chevy Silverado‘s ,avalanche,and this is my first Ram. 300 hp six cylinder motor quiet and smooth. Best riding truck I’ve ever owned. I had spoken to a salesperson that said you had what I wanted in stock so I drove down to drive one. I was looking for a used one or two-year-old RDX. A spec. You did not have what I was looking for but a different salesperson came out as I was leaving and offered me a good deal on a brand new one. I worked with Glenn and Ryan the manager and drove away with a brand new RDX a spec. I already shared my experience with multiple people and have two people ready to go down and make a purchase.

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

I came across the truck I am now in while at work. It was on my way home and I had to get into something. Tried several dealers in springs where I mainly work and kept getting the run around or no call backs. I pulled up to AutoNation and saw the truck i looked at online, drove over to it and checked it out. Someone came straight outside and started talking to me about it. I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing
