Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Mike Lovelace is who my sister told me to see about a new car because she was just sold one and loved how respectful and helpful he was, so I went to Mike also I was pre approved then denied thru the dealership but Mike didn't give up he searched for a finance company that gave me a chance. This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Definitely gets attention from truck owners of other brands. The blend of comfort and off road capability is exceptional for my needs. Exception power; quick; responsive; roomy; comfortable for long runs.

Staff was SUPER attentive and helpful. Was looking into a purchasing a used car, sadly they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. BUT they helped me and gave me so much information and assistance in narrowing down what I was looking for and aiding me in my car search. Incredibly understanding and still helpful even when I didn’t end up purchasing from them. Really shows they care for their customers and I will definitely go back to them in the future and keep recommending them!

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Excellent service and attention to details from Terrell. My truck was taken in right away and returned promptly. this is my go to dealership because of their professionalism and courtesy.

The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

They were great but, unfortunately, the car did not have all the options I was looking for.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! Amazing The experience was great from the first phone call to me driving my 68 RS Camaro off the lot. I flew in from Alaska and these guys picked me up at the hotel. They answered every question I had and were timely and professional. Tristan and Dalton were two of the best salesmen that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The facility and the lot was very clean and every vehicle there was in great shape. This experience was even more positive than any that I have had at any new car dealership. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

When I bought my car a now it's been 2 months it gad a crack in the spoiler and Robert Mazzio made sure it got fixed right him and Michael Johnson was so nice and Justin Imes apologized it wasnt his fault it was the sales mgr over him that beside the point they made it right and I'm so grateful thank you so much especially Robert Mazzio.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

Ask for Tony. Polite and courteous through out the buying process. Lots to choose from. No pressure sales.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

This is the best Vehicle that I have had to pull my Fifth Wheel Camper around. It is comfortable, and powerful! Everything works as it should. Also the ride is great!
