I had to have my ev-ecu replaced and the fact that a brand new car required a repair such as this wasn disappointing but Steven's service and professionalism made the whole process somewhat simplified. Highly recommended.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

I was shopping for a vehicle and open to new or used. After looking at several vehicles through the state, I settled on a new one. I had a decent offer from a dealership over an hour away. But AutoNation felt they could do better and save me the drive. And they did just that! The sales team were very supportive and flexible with my needs through the purchasing process. And I am now the very happy owner of a new vehicle!

Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

I recently traded in my 2016 Jeep and leased a 2025 Tacoma. In 55 plus years of driving and buying pickup, my 2014 Ram 1500 is far and away the best truck I have ever owned. Mileage in town averages 17 mpg, and highway mileage hangs around 20 to 21 mpg while towing my 17 foot boat. I have owned several Fords, Chevys, and GMC trucks, and none can compare with my Ram 1500. I am 73 years old, and when I kick the bucket, this one is going in the hole with me. John O’Neil.

A good, hard-working truck, one design aspect the knob shifter is annoyingly uncomfortable. After 60 years of driving a stick shift knob is just annoying.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

He was very kind and friendly and told me that he or his staff could bring my 2010 Heartland North Trail Travel Trailer in from the storage lot about 15 miles away and then they would make me an offer or they could put it on consignment for me. I took the offer, because I'd done my research and I knew it was a reasonable offer. Very nice staff, it's got the feel of an old time family business where deals are made with handshakes. N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

My husband and I were so overwhelmed with our car search and were worried coming here may be just one more example of the sleazy used car salesman trope--we could not have been more wrong!! Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within the Autonation inventory, but still wanted to go out of our way to leave a review for Joseph because he made that much of an impact! I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.
