I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

Cisco was great! Called to inquire about a car, and he had the car ready for us when we got there. Very friendly and received a great deal.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Bought this truck when it was 2 years old with 16k miles on it. I loved the way this truck looked and performed. I highly recommend this truck. Very Very Satisfied.!

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

Highly recommended. A+++ on all accounts. I came early in the morning, I was the 1st customer and within 2 minutes I was approached by a very kind and professional sales representative David. I was checking out if they have specific cars and features that I wanted like leather seats, Hybrid, etc,. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and really listened to my needs. Non aggressive, good energy, easy going. If you want a good sales rep ask for David. Customer Service was excellent. By the way, I am female who drove many different cars so I was aware what I like, like and pros and cons of different features which often correlates directly with price itself. I had a budget that I was willing to spend and maximum number of miles on a car. David completely understood my needs. No pressure whatsoever. Sales rep with common sense! I really liked that everyone I encountered that day had amazing listening skills. This was the 1st and only location I visited and I ended up buying a car that same day. I did not feel the need to go anywhere else. This seemed like a good team to do business with and so I purchased used Toyota Prius v. I did research prior to visiting this location and cars offered through Carfax, another fantastic website. This Escondido location had big selection of cars. I picked 1 out of at least 4 Toyota Prius vehicles on the lot, I got exactly the car I wanted and fantastic experience. Financing option was easy easy and short. Less than 5 minutes. They need your stated income, DL and then after submission, different banks offer different interest rates based on your credit rating. I lowered both my interest and monthly payment by offering larger down payment. However, that's up to you. 20% down definitely gives you better options. At the end I received copy of all documents included Carfax print out. All nicely put together in the folder by a manager. I did drive for about 30 min 2 cars prior to purchase. Highway and streets. I liked optional insurance products such as GAP and LoJack Theft Deterrent. Although I was asked if I want it, it's optional, I was willing to pay extra $795 for each, however now I have vehicle that can be tracked and recovered if stolen by police. I also checked You Tube videos on this, and I love it. The manager Diego gave me Free Oil Check for the future, number for insurance that ended up giving me cheap rate yet fantastic policy the following day. Vehicle I bought was all nice and clean, everything ready and prepared to go! Great people, great experience, highly recommend.

I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I have never had the process of buying a car or truck be so absolutely painless as it was working with Steve Scott. Steve took care of me, found me and my wife exactly what we needed and didn't try to upsell me on features because he was clear on what we wanted and knew that that was the best way to keep us happy. I would 100% buy a car from Steve again. Roxanne worked with the finance department and with Steve to go ahead and make sure that our needs were met. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Danny was excellent with communication and service at the Ram Truck Center in Oceanside. Got me in on the next day....awesome! Kept me updated on the repairs.

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.
