I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesmen Quad Cab with the 5.7L Hemi. This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 I’ve owned and this is the first new one I’ve ever purchased. Buying new is a whole new experience. Anyone who says buying new is a bad idea and you should buy a car a couple of years old; has clearly never purchased new. This truck is amazing, we tow the jet skis just fine on the weekends and it’s my grocery getter, 9-5er on the weekdays. It’s my stand down you clown this is my lane and your entry fee is a blinker, I’ve got that Hemi power with an 8 speed transmission to hold it down. It’s my hauling precious cargo, to laying rubber because the wife still digs the burnouts. It’s a 4 door safe zone for the family with a bed full of camping gear or an early morning ride with backpacks and lunches. Either way this trucks never let me down and when they all go electric (because they will one day) I’ll buy one of them too. You can’t go wrong with Hemi powered Ram!

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. It was one of the quickest and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

I ordered a new ProMaster. I worked with Edward Parker. He was great. He told me he would text me each week with an update on my van and he actually texted every week! It was so nice to stay in touch through the ordering/delivery process.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

I have bought many vehicles new from this dealership using the same salesman. This purchase was through a different salesman (Edward Parker) and this purchase experience was by far the smoothest and most pleasant. We sat down and discussed my expectations and numbers and Edward went to work on it while I done the things I needed to do. I came back done the paperwork and was treated with respect and dignity. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I just moved to the State of Tennessee, and I have taken my Jeep for service to Crown Jeep/Dealership for service, so far it has been a very good experience, and mainly it has to do with my Service Advisor (Jason Floyd), he has been the difference between an average experience and an above and beyond expectations one.. Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned.
