to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

The buying process was very nice, Josh Stillian was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was enjoying the whole buying steps, till we reached the Finance departments as I faced some misleading information that was about to make me change my mind !

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Bought this truck when it was 2 years old with 16k miles on it. I loved the way this truck looked and performed. I highly recommend this truck. Very Very Satisfied.!

My husband and I bought a 2012 dodge 2500 diesel and it needed a new sensor my salesperson Steven Tyler went above and beyond and made sure the truck was in grear working condition when I picked it back up. It got 2 new key fobs, oil change, new turbo, upper amf lower ball joints. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying this truck.

I was on my way to Pittsburg, Ks. from Leavenworth. When I got to Fort Scott, I started having problems with my car. I pulled into Briggs to see if they could help me with my car issues. Super nice group of people who work there. They bent over backwards to help me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle instead of having my car fixed. Kevin Filby was amazing...he showed me several different vehicles that were in my price range. That was in July of 2021. I ended up getting a Toyota Highlander and I love it! I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Best place to buy a car! Ask for frank! He will make sure you leave happy! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! I will go back for sure!

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

I have loved this truck since we bought it.. I really hated to let it go.. but our needs changed to something a little smaller, with 3rd row seats.. I even refused to trade it in when I bought the new vehicle.. ( trying to hold on a little longer lol) i have driven mine from tbe beach to the mountains with no issues!

I had an incredible new car buying experience at Briggs of Fort Scott. I couldn’t find the vehicle I wanted locally, so I traveled 450 miles to Fort Scott, Kansas. The dealership was not “paved with gold tiles” like some of the large dealerships near my home. Instead, I found a small-town dealership offering a golden experience. Even with the travel expenses included, the vehicle was less expensive than it would be if I was able to buy it locally. It was also, by far, the fastest buying process I have ever experienced, from the time I showed up to the time I was driving away with my new car. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.
