What a welcome surprise you will have when you visit this dealership. My wife and I drove from Ft. Worth to purchase a 2018 Chevy Volt that I had found on Cars.com. Jeff H, our salesman, was very attentive to our needs and the car was ready when we arrived. We were given top dollar for our trade and very happy with our new to us car. The whole process from arrival to getting back on the road only took 2 hours. Considering the impending bad weather that was coming we were grateful. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Purchased a 2018 Ecodiesel Grand Cherokee here from Massachussets! Worked with "Coach" in sales, and not once was there any pressure. Everything went so smoothly and quick from them picking me up at the airport and hour and a half away to the financing, purchase and sales! From the moment I got there they had me test driving the vehicle, filling out paperwork, and on my way back home in about an hour! Thank Woodys! Great team! A+++

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I recently bought a used car from Woody's Auto. Within a week the check engine light came on, I called the dealership and they got me right in. It turned out that the EVP was going bad. The repair was over $500, but Brandon in the Service Center comped the entire bill even though there was no warranty. That is going above and beyond. We will definitely be returning to Woody's in the future!

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Purchasing a car from Wow Woody's was the easiest, fastest and best dealership experience I've EVER had! I purchased a certified 2019 Chrysler 300C 5.7L from them back in July of 2022. Made the 6 hour drive down from Chicago. Every other time I've purchased a car from a dealer, it usually took HOURS. You get shuffled back and forth from salesman to finance manager, back to sales, etc. Not Woody's. They do it RIGHT! I was in and out, keys in hand paperwork done within 2 hours! That's how you do it! I had set up my appointment with Polly, and Paul Cureton took care of me when I arrived. After my test drive, we sat down, got the paperwork and loan done with a great rate, and I was on my way home with my new 300! They have small town customer service with a big city inventory! Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle I'm definitely gonna see what Woody's has!

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I was just doing some web shopping and Woody's had a vehicle that interested me. They were easy and pleasant to exchange emails.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Excellent Meet all needs for my disabled Daughter. Extra nice interior with everything she needs to make her travels more exciting.
