I had a recall on my Ford Escape and brought it to Gallatin Ford. After three weeks of calling and email Jessica with no response, I called and she was on vacation. Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I was recently stranded in Lebanon. This was an unfortunate and unpleasant experience. Being stranded is no fun. HOWEVER, thanks to the care, compassion, and professionalism of Brandy Perry, Desiree Dorris, and Robert Flietes, in particular, a very unpleasant experience was made much more tolerable. I had to have a new fuel pump and a new injection pump in a Dodge RAM 3500. Systematic troubleshooting identified the problems and they came up with a plan of action. A unplanned event was the defective injection pump that arrived and they had to work around that while trying to get me back on the road. Due to this event, it required extra time. No fault of their own. They were very supportive throughout the whole process. From the first time my truck was towed into the facility, they set me up with a rental for local transportation while getting through the repair process. My personal opinion is that they went above and beyond the mere requirements of their respective jobs to help me. Compassion...Care...Professionalism!

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

The overall experience was good. We did end up purchasing a vehicle, and are very satisfied thus far. The facility was clean, but could use some updates. The waiting areas where a little less comfortable than some other dealerships we have been to recently. Would still recommend this dealership, as the feedback I would have would be how to get better and is not a complaint.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco from Bates Ford, and I can?t say enough about how great the experience was with Scott Dickens. I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership is one of the best dealerships that I have been to in my 50 years of owning new vehicles. The facility is extremely clean, and the waiting area is one of the best. They are also very accommodating in scheduling a service call. Everyone from sales to service department are very nice and friendly. We even bring our grandchildren with us since they enjoy looking at the new models and they like the playroom. I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Great looking truck that rides like a luxury car. The suspension is state of the art and was the deciding factor for me versus the F-150. The Uconnect system works seamlessly to provide phone connectivity and the myriad of available features make customizing your Ram a breeze.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!
