This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

Took in to fix light coming on re: Anti-lock brakes and Traction control. Didn't realize it was still under warranty, but was informed it was. They also identified a problem with the battery and replaced it under warranty as well. Parts were not in stock, so I was given a loaner at no charge. Also had some 30,000 mile maintenance done on the car. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

I called on Saturday about a infinity g37. Greg answered my call and said ask for him when I came in. When I got there the place was super busy but everyone was friendly. I asked for Greg he already had the car out front for us. He was open and honest about the car. It's a used car at a great price but never would I of thought the salesman would be honest about the condition of it. We test drove it and decided to buy. Greg treated us with respect and honesty through the whole process. I asked that a sensor that Greg told us about be changed and the car given a oil change. Greg said it would be Monday before the car was ready. Greg called me early Monday afternoon and said the car was ready. I came in and completed the sale. I can't speak for anyone else at this dealership but if you want a honest salesman and to be treated right ask for Greg.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Very good workforce at this location. Sales and financing was top notch service oriented. The overall process was smooth and did not require a whole day to complete. Looking forward to buying more cars from them in the future.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. He gave us plenty of alone time to look at the car we were interested in and answered our questions afterwards. There were a lot of cars options in the lot in all price ranges. I believe they also offer financing on many of the vehicles.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced
