Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

This was the easiest car buying experience I have had. They took me to the car I was interested in. Keys were there, we drove it right away. The price was competitive, the financing was lightning quick. They washed it while I was signing and I was out of there in under an hour. They even drove me to turn in my rental car so I could just drive my new car home and surprise the family. First class business.

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I had the GREATEST experience here. Quality customer service, very professional! My sales consultant Wallace is AWESOME!! He made the process very easy and I was driving off with my car in less than 2 hours from arriving there. I would definitely recommend this Carmax and Wallace to anyone searching for a car! I arrived at this dealership on 10/14/23 for a scheduled oil change and from my arrival, the staff was exceptionally professional and provided service with a smile...the latter was much appreciated as it was very earlier in the morning (8:30am). Mr. Pete was a joy and was very personable. John Wright, the service advisor that handled my appointment was very helpful and thoughtful to apply appropriate discounts to lower my service charges, which demonstrated his attention to customer service and satisfaction. One of the best experiences at a dealership for routine service. I will definitely return to this location for future service appointments.

Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

Hands down this was the most pleasant and stress free car buying experience EVER! My senior sales consultant was Shenita Monroe at Carmax Norcross , who was an excellent salesperson to buy my 2015 Subaru Outback car from . Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . We have nothing but great things to say about this dealership! We were traveling in Tennessee and our Ford truck wasn't pulling our camper through the mountains like we hoped. We had been looking for a larger diesel, but the prices were crazy! We saw an ad on Don Jackson's site and went to test drive a used truck. It had huge tires and was a bit more of a 'work' truck than we wanted. Our salesman, Horatio Vazquez, showed us a few other new trucks and we ended up leaving that night with one of them. We got to the dealership at 7pm (after a 2 1/2 hour drive from TN) and they did all the paperwork, detailed (and filled the fuel tank) and we were out the door with our new ride at 10pm. We thought for sure we would have to go back, but they got us taken care of right then. They are awesome! We love our new truck (2 days later and we have 570 miles on it already!) They have followed up to make sure we are happy and the truck is running well for us. Price can't be beat either!

Social distancing, additional seating outside would be nice. Several of us just wondered the lot while waiting because there are only 2 benches.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.
