Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly as advertised. It was what I needed and they were very helpful though out the process. I was nervous buying remotely and they took extra pictures really helped me feel more at ease buying sight unseen. They even worked out a way to inexpensively ship the vehicle up to me in the Upper Panninsula of Michigan. Melissa and Kyle were awesome and helped facilitate the deal. Kyle Kolbe helped me find a great used Dodge Caravan. Vehicle has low mileage and a great warranty. Presented with "add-ons" and financing options but they respected my decision to decline.

Just purchased a new 2023 Jeep Compass at Gladstone Dodge. First, this is my 2nd Jeep vehicle. Second, the reason I purchased Jeep again is because of the quality of that brand. My Sales Rep, Dylan Burriss, sold me my first Jeep in 2016 at this dealership. Let me tell you about Dylan. He knows what his customers want even if he has never met you before. I have known him for 7 years since buying my first Jeep. He did a great job! In 47 years of buying new cars, I know he is a one of a kind guy. He really is great in this business. I trusted him fully when I contacted him, sent him a photo of the car I was interested in and he said are you sure you are going to like that one. I truthfully told him I looked at another one too. I told him I trusted him and to hit me up with the one he would pick for me. I went in for my appointment and was not disappointed. He showed me both cars and he was so right. I drove away in my brand new Jeep that day. This was the smoothest, easiest experience with Gladstone Dodge. I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer `we will make it happen?. I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I had to get a lot of work done on my car -a Fiat 500 L- New headlight, oil change, back brakes, new tires… Scott was very friendly, super helpful, and respectful. He explained in simple terms what I needed and when The repairs were complete, Rolando washed my vehicle and scraped the shoe polish message from my back window. Larry was super cool when he brought my vehicle out. I really enjoyed the waiting room because they had on some old cowboy show and had a library full of books we customers could read. Cookies and coffee made the wait great. When my car had to be in for much longer to get the brakes fixed, I got a great loaner car, a Fiat Abarth Turbo. Overall, highly recommended. Fiats always come with a little sticker shock so that was to be expected.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.
