Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. Our sales agent, “Big Mac” was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy. He took the time to explain all aspects of the car we were interested in and worked hard to meet our budget (and succeeded!!). He even filled the tank full. The little extras were so fun. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

My vehicle was taken in for service and the service advisor told me of a possible future failure of the serpentine belt. The service was done in a timely manner.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it
