Thanks to Carlos we were able to purchase a certified used Sonata and also received a fair trade in on our old car. This is only the 2nd time I've traded in a vehicle in my long life.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

Their used car dealership is actually about 1/2 mile north of the new car showroom. Visted to see a vehicle advertised but after several minutes they said that it wasn't available because it had mechanical issues. I felt the old bait and switch hit me. John Harp helped me and actually showed me another vehicle and let me test drive it. He was very patient and took time to explain fees and give me information. If it wasn't for his honesty and patience, I would never try to buy a vehicle from this dealership.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

I just purchase a car from these guys. From the moment I called, they had the car pulled up front. To the test drive with Jose'. Very easy person to talk to. To the credit manager, office manager, to the owner. They were all easy to work with. I have never had a more comfortable experience puchasing a car. Just bring your info with you, they even transfered a tag right then in there. I was looking at a few other dealers before going here. I'm sorry I waisted my time with the others. I would tell everyone to go here. Best experience ever!

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. But this one, I fell in love with. There was never any pressure to buy. Shawn and Ed answered all our questions. The other thing I liked was there was really no dickering on my trade in, the Jag. They came back with a price, I said what I wanted and BAM! SOLD! If your looking for a new vehicle, make sure you go to Maus of Brooksville. Nissan's big thing is safety. I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Everyone wasted my time and turned me down! Not these guys. It like I was in and out , didn’t have to haggle to get approved and I’m excited. Thanks for giving me a second chance.

don’t pass on this dealership because they’re small, they are absolutely the definition of uncomplicated, straight forward auto sales. We bought a Jeep Patriot, we drove an hour and a half to get there because they had what we wanted and the owner Eric made us a deal we couldn’t refuse, the price was right and the service was delightful, when we were signing the paperwork he walked us through every step which put us at east since this was our first time purchasing a car together. The vehicle we bought is in perfect condition, clean, and has low miles.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

Bought a new Mustang awhile back. Great experience with Edwin Torres. Since then have used their service department for everything including all oil changes and I drive 35 miles each way to do so. Why. The treatment by everyone is 5 star every time. Recently had an issue that was resolved by staff that would have been a nightmare at a corporate owned dealership. Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.
