Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Not really sure about my experience because I haven't talked to anyone personally concerning the information that I'm asking and looking for

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

A positive buying experience. The Sales manager was professional demonstrating industry knowledge and was an advocate for the customer by providing various economical financing options.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

I'm revising my review. I bought a very nice mustang GT Premium from Rav. I'm out of state so getting things done i thought would be near impossible after sale. Well the car had body work that was done before sale. Some issues came up with work done. I sent a review of Rav. They read it that day and by next morning I had a call from owner that they would take care of the body work. In this day and age, that's rare. Especially a smaller dealer. I really appreciate him calling and fixing. I have to get it there but they will fix. Estimate was 5000 here. Thanks Rav for responding and standing up for what you sell. Will be customer in future! 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

The bill is to high. It went to $50 to $80. Price needs to drop

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Our salesman Preston was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new Chevy Trax very easy! He was also a pleasure to speak with as we had a lot in common. We had an equally pleasurable experience with the closer Dara (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The only criticism I have of this dealership is that they put a Harry Brown sticker on the back of the vehicle and it was EXTREMELY difficult to get off! It was actually 11 separate stickers. One for each letter. They shouldn’t be doing THAT at all! Putting that aside, I highly recommend this dealership!

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .
