I had been looking for a vehicle for 3 or 4 months. I told the salesman up front what I needed and expected from him. Jesse Tucker did everything I asked. I drove 4 hours to get there and did not want this to be an all day thing and it wasn't. We bought a Suburban and we have been so pleased with our purchase. We were there a little longer than planned because of me trying to decide what warranty I wanted. They were not like the average dealership. We will be back again. We appreciated the whole team.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

The car I wanted was not available locally so I purchased it from Don Franklin and had it transported to Texas. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Amazing customer service. I worked with Brandy on the phone and online, and Kayla when I arrived. We had negotiated a great price on the new vehicle O selected, as well as my trade prior to my arrival. Financing was completed as well. I arrived and was done and out the door in under 30 minutes. This dealership and its staff far exceeded any vehicle buying experience I have ever experienced or imagined. I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

I saw a truck on line and went to wildcat used cars to check it out. Unfortunately because of the auto workers strike I had to wait a couple months for repairs to be made. During that time Chuck Valentine was my salesman. He kept texting me and keeping me informed. He described what was going on . I used to be a salesman myself once so I kinda judge them as I deal with them. Chuck did a great job selling me my truck. I would absolutely recommend wildcat used cars for your next purchase! My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

They made the process as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't test the retractable sun roof shade because it is shot and needs replacement...don't know how much that will be. Check engine light came on. Don't know if they blew out the code so it wouldn't show, but thermostat needs replaced and NOT cheap! Price was decent, but not happy about deficiencies.

2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!
