I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I got preapproved foubs the vehicle I wanted online and had it shipped to the Morse Road location. I have had absolutely no priblem qith my car since I bought it last year. It was clean inside and out and the service was awesome. When i go to buy another vehicle I will return. I will recommend them also. GREAR JOB!!!

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

I just purchased my 5th car and these guys are a good now as they were on my first purchase. Highly recommend them on your next purchase.

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Had some promises made by the dealer that I’m still waiting to see if they follow through. Overall, good process. Salesman was very kind and polite and I didn’t feel pressured. They negotiated and dropped the price a good bit. Still waiting to get my title mailed to me after buying the car

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

We scheduled a visit, after looking for a specific vehicle within our price range, for close to 5 months. I scheduled a visit online and met with Erica on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection and test drive. Erica and the rest of the staff were very friendly and good to work with during negotiations. We cane to an amicable agreement within about 30 minutes and I am very Happy with my F150 4x4. The only knock on my experience here, was that there was a noticable vehicle repair that I believe should have been done prior to putting the vehicle out for sale, exhaust replacement. They did take money off in the deal for the parts needing replaced, but would have been great to not needed to use my time and resources to complete said repair. Thanks Erica for a good experience, we will call on you again soon to look at our next purchase.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

I came across RT 36 motor cars by accident looking to trade my vehicle in great shape and looking for Jeep Wrangler same condition. Spoke with John first who called me on me filling out e mail to dealer .From the start he made me feel good and was very professional as understanding , helpful on what i was trying to accomplish. Everything he said was very truthful about vehicle he had 2002 Wrangler. On arriving to view this vehicle was greeted by Laura in sales who is friendly as helpful to show me the jeep .I was left to inspect vehicle and was amazed by the condition of this vehicle let alone all vehicles their .I was greeted by Jeff one of the owners who gave me the scoop on the jeep in detail .I also was greeted by John who also is a owner and very honest person .Showed me all involved with the jeep and back ground as best he could .Due to weather conditions i could not bring my vehicle in being stored but sent many pictures so for them unseen but also honest to condition of my vehicle. Old school shake of hands per say i will take the jeep.Paper work done as date set to bring mine in .Great people to deal with for anyone honest friendly hard working to make a deal .On arriving back to get jeep they were ready greeted me as my father who also was amazed on vehicles their as jeep condition friendly service of sale .Only thing is the title was misplaced on jeep per E mail sent to me. I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .
