We had a GREAT experience buying a used Mini Cooper Clubman recently. The car was even better in person than shown in the online pictures. Ryan was fantastic to work with and took care of us like family. He even waterproofed our temp tag so it wouldn't get wet or run in the rain. Financing was very straight-forward and up front about everything. We were in and out in a little over 2 hours and that was with the test drive and trade. We'd purchase there again, and that's the best compliment I could give!

I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I'm posting my review on multiple rating sites. This branch in Herrnstein in Waverly is wonderful. We had chosen a car via cars.com and decided to see this one. We drove 2 hours to get there, knowing that the truck listing might not be what we wanted Well the truck fit the bill, we set up financing easily, and we were on the road. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Love how the Service Department takes care of my car! They are fast and make suggestions that really help me plan to prevent issues. The staff is courteous and helpful, always checking in on me while I wait in their comfortable lounge and they keep me in the know if something comes up. I have had great experiences each time I have gone over the last two years for service. I will know where to shop when it’s time for a new car!

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Called in and spoke with John Williams. I let him know what I was interested in, and a time to come in and look at the truck I saw on their website. When I arrived, the truck was ready and detailed with keys ready for a test drive. I’ve bought quite a few cars from dealerships and I have never had such a fantastic experience! Laid back and easy going. Whole process took only a few hours instead of an entire day! I actually went for a drive instead of home exhausted from all the back and forth I’ve had with other dealerships. I have never bought a vehicle twice from the same dealership. Hopefully things don’t change at this one except for the better, and I really can’t think of what they could improve on.

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

My husband and I was wanting to purchase a Toyota truck but wasn't in a hurry. Driving buy we seen one and stopped. Sean greeted us with a big smile, you could tell he was a people person. We looked at one and wanted to see more. He said we have numerous more in our back lot, he started pulling them up on his phone and when we liked one he drove it around for us, so we didn't have to do any walking. Then we went inside and Nathan had us financed and driving away in less than 30 mins. The interest rate was unbelievable, so the payment was less than we planned. He asked us what we wanted to put down. We walked out with a package that covered 2 yrs/26 thou miles. Customer service is very rare to find anymore, but this Dealership has the friendliest staff. Even the 4 paws associate Gunner was exceptionally friendly. Very comfortable doing business.

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

This place is flat out awesome! They really try their best to put the needs of their customers in front of everything else. Would highly recommend !

After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.

I was able to find the car of my dreams at Auto Palace. Came in for a test-drive not planning to buy due to the state of my credit. Nazar was able to get me in to my dream car with $0 down! and my rate was better than expected. Glad I stopped by! You should too.

I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.
