Came in looking to buy a 2 year old Ram Truck, the salesman and sales manager were very helpful and honest by getting me in a new truck for less than it was going to be to buy a new one

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I just bought a 2022 Ram Laramie from Adem Lentz. I can not reccomend this salesman and this dealership enough. I am completely satisfied with my truck and the deal I was given. My wife and I were totally impressed from the very beginning with how this salesman went above and beyond to make this a great deal for us. And even after the sale was done and we were on our way home, Adam went over and above to help us out with my wifes purse, that was left at his desk by mistake. we liv an hour and a half from the dealership, so Adam made sure to send my wifes purse Priority mail back to us so that we did not have to turn around and make that trip again. We are just swo completely satisfied with everything from start to finish on a deal that was basically made over the phone. They bought out my existing lease so that I could buy my new truck without loosing anything on my existing lease. I was given a great rate of iterest as well, I will be recommending this dealership and Adam Lentz to all of my friends and family from here on in. Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

Jim Costello with Sam Lehman Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge in Morton, Illinois provided us with outstanding sales and hospitality. We drove 1 ½ hours to look at a Dodge Journey that had been posted to the Morton dealership’s website. We were interested in the features of the Journey including the advertised website price. We sent an inquiry to the dealership prior to driving up there to which Jim promptly responded, introduced himself in the response and welcomed us to visit him at the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate of Jim’s who immediately let Jim know we were there. Jim promptly greeted us and immediately provided one of the advertised Journeys for our test drive. After driving the Journey, we were delighted with its performance. We then talked with Jim about the price. The Internet price was honored and we accepted. Jim took time to set up our telephones and describe every other feature of the Journey. He was very knowledgeable about the Journey. We highly appreciated the personal customer service that Jim gave us. We were very impressed. My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. I bought the 6.4L Hemi with 8 Speed Automatic transmission in an 8' bed. I love the way it drives and with plenty of power to pull most anything I will ever pull. Very satisfied with my purchase.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Bought a used 2018 Ram 3500 Limited CrewCab. Bob Souder was our sales person. He went above and beyond what was expected during the process. We were 200 miles away and he took pictures and inspected the truck and reported defects that were present. We agreed if the truck met our expectations that we would purchase the truck and we agreed upon the price. When we arrived the truck was everything we hoped and expected it to be after inspection and a lengthy test drive as this was a rather expensive truck we bought the truck. We left with the title in hand which is so often not the case these days. Normally you'd wait for the title to arrive by mail weeks later. The whole process was fairly quick and almost painless except for handing over a check. Lol. The dealership and especially Bob are highly recommended.
