Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

I travelled out of state for my purchase and Brad did a great job at answering my multitude of questions! They had a driver pick us up at the airport(1 hour away), washed and filled up the car. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

I went to Hayes to get my daughter a used vehicle as a graduation gift before she leaves for college. Dylan was very knowledgeable on the vehicles they have on the lot. I feel confident sending my daughter off in a vehicle from here. They're very knowledgeable and honest. Their vehicles seem very reliable. I would definitely recommend going here.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a comfortable reliable sedan, we narrowed our focus to a MAZDA6. Did a search on car gurus and found a listing for Mazda6 with this dealer. Jay and John were both very nice and helpful. Visits are by appointment only, so we gave Jay a call, set up an appointment to look at the car and hopefully purchase it same day, my wife and I live 2 hrs away from the dealer so I asked some detailed questions about the car over the phone, Jay provided an accurate verbal description of the car so there would be no surprises once we got there. Jay informed me of some minor cosmetic interior/exterior blemishes and that the tires were getting to be well worn. Once we arrived, we met John who had the car ready for us to test drive. John was very friendly and relaxed and also provided helpful information about the car when asked. In person the car matched the description Jay gave over the phone which was reassuring. My wife and I took it for a test drive by ourselves and everything was as we had hoped so we decided to purchase it. 10/10 experience (excluding the 2 hour drive)

This truck meets all the requirements I had set for a truck ... had one very similar before and was searching for another one. Wanted the RAMboxes and a "shifter" not a dial to handle the gears! This model as the bucket style front seats, not the bench and the sifter is part of the console. It is loaded and just what I wanted.... save for the fact it does not have the tow package .... no matter.

Car came as advertised, minus one issue with rusted brakes that we discovered once we got home. Otherwise they were extremely professional and helpful! Any small problems we found were fixed immediately

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

Dustin the service advisor was really helpful - took care of my issue with my keep grand Cherokee. Even though it was really busy, still was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. Definitely recommend this dealership/service hub.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

If any one is considering a Ford Transit or Nissan NV you want to compare it to a Ram CV(cargo van). Yes it looks identical to a Caravan/grand caravan. Transit can have 6ft ladder-CV 8ft, the NV, 40 inch pallet between wheel wells-CV 4'x8' flat on the aluminum deck (behind two front seats). The roof is also lower at 5'9" (parking). standard 6cyl oil cooler and trans cooler, holds more weight and can tow. No comparison comes close if you have to carry weight and city parking garage(it is as long as a minivan.)

Very nice car lot. Didn't pressure me at all, and were willing to work with me a bit on the price. Best part is how clean the car was. Everything was spotless, even the spare tire in the trunk.

Well, just purchased van and like the handling and cargo space . I use it mainly a a company work van. It is used both for work and recreational.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.
