My 2016 Jeep Renegade, with 98k+ miles, was starting to need expensive repairs. So, I looked online for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler that met my requirements and needs. I found such a vehicle on the Bill Volz CDJR website and made an appointment for a test drive. I was happy with the look, feel and specs of the vehicle and decided to purchase it. My sales consultant John Downey, did everything to ensure that the trade-in and sale went through without a hitch and without any sales pressure whatsoever. The finance manager Elijah worked diligently to find me the best financing deal possible -- and it came with a great interest rate! When it came to signing the many documents, he went over each thoroughly and again, answered any questions I had clearly and quickly. My husband and I traveled from Syracuse, NY to this dealership to look at a Toyota 4 runner that was at Darcars Lexus in Mt. Kisco. Our sales person was Matt who was very knowledgeable and friendly from the minute we walked into the dealership. Both Matt Dillman and Ed Bartoli made our purchase pleasurable. I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I bought two cars from Mike Barrows. Mike's salesmanship goes unmatched. He did not pressure us at any point and was always willing to do his best on a price for us.
