Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Truly the best car salesman I've ever worked with . . . and I've bought a car or two in my lifetime. He actually answers his cell phone and when he's not available, he does call/text you back. He answers all questions (no matter how big or small) and doesn't get annoyed. And he actually does what he says he's going to do, he doesn't just "blow smoke" to make the sale! Oh and you can tease with this guy. Very professional, yet still human and can take a joke! I had never purchased a vehicle here before this week and unless something changes or I can't get Thomas, he has all of my future business, hands down. (I only wish we had "found" him three months ago when my son also bought a new vehicle in Cloquet, MN and got bent over bad with that dealership . . . they are so dirty, they even made sure to take the google reviews down as fast as we put them up, because evidently the truth hurts. I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. 3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

As a 60 year old man I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime. Everything from private parties to big dealerships and everything in between. The owner and staff at Valder's were a pleasure to deal with. Honest up front pricing and great vehicles to choose from. The staff always greeted me with a smile and patiently answered any questions or concerns I had. I got a great vehicle at a fair price. I have advised my son who is looking for a truck to call them first and avoid the month long disappointment of going from lot to lot only to have the vehicles be a mess and the sales people only looking to take as much money from me as they could. I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

In for an oil change, however near another service needed. All completed for this visit.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

The service department needs to keep in more contact with the customer and let them know what?s going on instead of leaving them in the dark for 60 days

In our efforts to replace our primary vehicle (a tired out 11- yr old Honda Ridgeline with over 230,000 miles on it), we made the nearly four-hour round trip road trip to Anderson & Koch to test drive a potential used replacement. We’d had discussions with Brandon about the vehicle on the phone, and he met us at the door when we arrived. We liked the car, and Brandon was friendly, easy to talk to, and anxious to get a good fit for us. We went home that day to talk it over and figure out financing. Two retirees in our late seventies buying what would probably be our last car, a bit of a decision. When we returned a few days later, certified bank check in hand, Jesse worked out some wrinkles on the details of the purchase. We were impressed with his willingness to communicate and the time he took to make sure that we were satisfied. He was forthright, willing to listen and work with us. Once in the parking lot again, Brandon spent a good amount of time patiently “training us” on the basics of Bluetooth and our Iphones. Though we were acquainted with it all, being able to leave the dealership with it set up for us was a definite plus. Another employee came out to make sure the receptor for our trailer hitch was ready to go, so that there would be no delay in my husband’s plans to hook up the boat and go fishing the next morning. Anderson & Koch --- worth the road trip!

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

The reason you should a car here is that they will take care of you when you have a problem or something doesn't work in your vehicle.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.
