My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

I was traveling through the area and had issues with the car overheating (auxiliary fan was not coming on [faulty relay]). The issue was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. I could not be pleased with the empathy which was shown knowing we were stranded and needing to get back on the road. Staci, Mike and David went over and beyond to see that we were fixed and ready for our 12+ hour trip. I am/was so pleased with the work that was performed on the vehicle. I am always looking for individuals like these, who want to make sure they do/did everything they can to make sure the customer is take care of.

My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I had a such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 bmw x6 in January. I had no plan of getting the car I thought I was going to experience another rude salesman’s so I was just going to see it in person and really didn’t want to talk. I was totally wrong. Jayson was amazing and very professional. He had lots of patience with me. Jayson’s energy was amazing, so much so where due to unforeseen circumstances I was shopping for another car.. Since I had such a great unexpected experience with Jayson I said I have to go back to him even though the dealership is 1 hour and 15 minutes away from me and I was referred to another dealership 15 minutes away from me. Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. This is about my 7th Ram, and it does not disappoint. Excellent fuel economy, quiet, very smooth and comfortable. I have 60,000km and zero issues.

I took my 2010 Focus in for A/C repair on Monday , July 17, 2017. Repair was too costly so, I bought a 2017 Focus. My service representative, Jason, recommended I think about buying a new car rather than spending a goodly sum of money to repair an older car. I took his advice, and purchased new. Jason has been my service representative for 16 years. It is beause of him that I continue to travel across the Causeway to Banner Ford Mandeville to buy, and to have service on car. My sales associate is William Fleet. Mr. Fleet was extraordinary. He was very, very patient with me. Answered all of my (dumb) questions. He gave me a tremendous deal on price, and arranged financing that is comfortable for my budget. The entire time he was so helpful. So considerate of my budget. He did not pressure me to buy a vehicle that I could not afford. He picked one for me that he felt was sufficient for me, and my budget. I am quite satisfied with the service and sales. Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

To whomever this concerns: There’s a salesman at the Bill Hood Bargain dealership whose actual name I’m not exactly sure of his actual name ..might be Dionte..but to me his name is Saginaw. I went to his dealership interested in a 2013 Lincoln but left a week later with a 2019 Ford Fusion!! I’ve never been given a reason to praise a car salesman I’ve dealt with EVER. However,Saginaw is thee exception. I truly had the best car buying experience that I never thought could exist!! He was extremely attentive and pleasant with phenomenal communication skills. He responded promptly to all my calls & texts and that’s a rare find when dealing with car buying. Also the financing magician Jerrod also deserves a round of applause!! I sure hope both Saginaw and Jarrod get the recognition from their bosses that they deserve. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to for one customer and spent an extreme amount of time just on me ..that was amazing.
