The process took a few hours but compared to other car purchases we've made in the past this was the least stressful of all. Bought a used vehicle with them recently. Process of buying and looking at vehicle was very easy and non pressuring. Brad was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Everyone was friendly at the dealership. Only reason it’s not a 5Star review is because we had to wait for the financing department for quite awhile and it wasn’t busy at the dealership. That being said our experience with every person we encountered was very pleasent.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

And I’ve owned a lot from Toyota tundras,Toyota Tacoma‘s ,Chevy Silverado‘s ,avalanche,and this is my first Ram. 300 hp six cylinder motor quiet and smooth. Best riding truck I’ve ever owned. It’s a Warlock model four-door 6 1/2 foot bed

Positive experience ftom the beginning to end of buying a new Miata. Colby was our salesperson and treated my husband, Bill, and me like we were his #1 priority. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!
