beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

We had a problem with our 2018 Jeep Cherokee and spoke to Hannah in the service department. She told us to bring the car in for a look since we were travelling from Canada. To our surprise we were met by Matt in the parking lot with code reader in hand. He took care of us immediately and we were on the road very quickly. Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. Lithia ford of Roseburg fixed my heated seat in my 2017 f-250 super duty for $272 when o was quoted for the same work in Coos bay $620. I drove two hours to lithia ford and met the crew at lithia they have the best customer service, they genuinely care to take care of you since you own a ford. They went way above and beyond any of my expectations from a service department or dealership. I will always make the 2 hour drive to lithia to get anything done on my vehicles including oil changes. I dealt with Kyle, and he is the top reason I will always go to lithia. This is hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a dealership or doing a service. If you care anything about your vehicle or money you will consider going to lithia ford of Roseburg and talking to Kyle. I guarantee you that you will never go anywhere else. Again I drive two hours each way and its extremely worth it over my local tower ford.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!
