I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

He walked me through their inventory, and we began test drives. He worked with me on the price to meet my budget. We submitted the paperwork and within 48 hrs I received a call from Brian in the finance department. Another great employee, he was knowledgeable and patient. He explained every option and choice I had to make very well. I felt no pressure and picked the options that worked best for me. From the time I walked in to the day I drove away in my car was 3 days. They did everything, got me the best financing, handled my insurance, they even detailed a car I already thought was perfect. From straightforward, honest pricing, to answering all my questions promptly at any time of the day, keeping me updated, and accommodating all my add-on requests, I can't recommend Michael and this dealership enough. He's honest, friendly, and attentive - a real gentleman. I should also mention Brian in financing who got me a fantastic loan deal, Bonnie who processed the registration paperwork and delivered my car in Mass, and finally Robert (supervisor/manager) who was also extremely friendly and helpful and started the whole process on a great footing. I only wish they were closer to where I live so I could do all my maintenance, repair, etc. work with them.
