The service was great. We walked onto the dealership floor, and was met with a Luther employee who directed us to the Salesman who We spoke with on the phone. About 5--10 minutes later We were on a test drive with the car We wanted to look at, and about 20 minutes later We purchased it. The car was a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek, and will be perfect for bad weather and winter driving. The sales team were great to work with, and honest. Perry told us about the re-man transmission in it, and also promised a couple of other problems would be taken care of. It was a perfect sales-customer relationship. Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Third time now purchasing from Ryan Auto but my first time with the new dealership in Monticello. Great folks there and very responsive to specific needs we had for a new company vehicle. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

I purchased a '11 DTS from them and they were very great to work with. Let me take the car for a drive by myself so there was no pressure and I could look it over as much as I wanted. Very easy to negotiate with and I got it at the price I wanted. Even stuck around late to finish the deal even though they had a family function to get to. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

This is my 3rd Ram 1500. I have had 2008, 2013, and now a 2019. All great looking strong running trucks with the 5.7 HEMI. I’ve never had the HEMI tick. Lots of power. Modifications, black wheels, wider more agressive tires, 2” leveling kit, spray in bed liner. Can’t say enough. Love these trucks and would recommend to anyone.

I have owned this truck since it was new and couldn't be happier. It has never let me down. It tows effortlessly, is very comfortable and very safe. The Hemi engine never lacks all the power I ever need but it's still not a killer on gas.

Hunter is a trustworthy Gentleman who truly owned up and didn't disappoint. I got my truck this past Saturday and I'm more than ecstatic with its performance, but most importantly the condition. I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

Exactly what we wanted. Very hard to find a low mileage, clean diesel with 8 ft bed. The dealership held this vehicle for us until we were able to get home and test drive it. We had a 2007 Ford 350 and traded for 2015 Ram 3500.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.
