Picked up my GMC Sierra 2500 from Bob Caldwell and couldn’t be happier. Even though it’s a Dodge/Ram/Jeep dealer, the deal was smooth and drama-free. Erik was solid straight shooter, knew his stuff, and didn’t play games. In and out, keys in hand. WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! Extremely pleasant experience! Wally, our sales consultant was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and just and 'all around' nice person. We did purchase the vehicle!

The service was very good and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was notified when to come pick up my car. I was offered the opportunity to wait in their lounge where they provide a variety of food and drinks for their customers.

Not sure my review went through so writing it again. Wonderful service experience. Was on a trip in our Camper Van from MA to FL when a CV joint failed. Justin took us in first thing the next morning, confirmed the problem, and had us on the road by noon. I could be more impressed by how well we were treated.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Great people to work with. Lonnie, the salesman, was wonderful! Financing was quick and seamless.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I had a absolute pleasure working with Tuan while buying a new(used) car in mid-November. He is such a down to earth guy; willing to work with me on my wants and wishes. He helped ease all the anxiety going in and was so personable. We talked and hung out during the waiting process on the paperwork, he was so understanding; helped me set up the radio; got the car all washed up! I highly recommend going in and asking to work with him! He won't disappoint you! Kyle which is a manger I believe; he was very nice also and got me to the price I wanted. Darcee is the finance manager. She is great; we had to go back and forth with paper wok due to some stuff. Which I'm sure was annoying; but she was always professional about it and kind! Overall the whole experience was amazing and it all started with Tuan and being such a kind and understanding gentlemen!

This car is great for traveling around town with a lot of big dogs. Space for crates, not a high step for dogs, great fuel efficiency!

Gerardo was amazing. he was so helpful and patient from start to finish. I feel he went above and beyond what most car sells people do.

The buying process and everything else went smoothly. But there was one thing I didn?t get was carfax report about the vehicle. Other than that my salesman was a great salesman!

I never imagined going to a dealership that was as far away as they were from home, but I'm glad I did. I absolutely loved every minute I spent at their showroom. The salespeople were awesome. They made me feel like they cared about me, not so much the sale. I was very happy with Jason Wiles. He didn't mind helping us out and just being there as a person, not as a salesman. He was down to earth, helpful, and friendly. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything before I left the lot before I left with my new car. He took what has always been a horrible experience for me and made my shopping experience one I actually enjoyed. I will definitely be back to them whenever the need for a car arises again.
