Matthew even took extra time after the sale to walk me through the GV80’s features — including a full tutorial on the self-parking system, which completely blew me away. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Summary: It is worth the drive from anywhere in the Southeast to Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Jonathan England and Jamie England are amazing. They are both what I like to call “solution advocates". They listen and then go to work finding a vehicle that meets those needs. They do this without making you feel pressured and while staying within the budget you set. I normally dread dealing with car salespersons but these two men and this dealership really changed my opinion because they are not that typical “cocky you are going to buy my car” kind of dealership. They make you feel welcome from beginning all the way through the financing process. Everyone seems to be loving their job and passing on their positive vibes in all they do. One would think that when they are looking at spending a large amount of money on a new vehicle one would get lots of positive feedback and assistance. Before I found Spartanburg CDJ I had messaged with 11 other dealers across the Southeast. Several chose to ignore me all together, while others were very curt and rude in their responses. My father had a list of "specific must haves" a vehicle should have for him to purchase. It had become frustrating and I was ready to give up because I was told over and over again "that option is no longer available" "RHD is not a possibility" or ”maybe next year RHD willie offered again.” Then I was blessed to find Jonathan England. He told me, as others before him, that right hand drive vehicles weren't available in his current inventory, but that a kit was available to convert a vehicle to RHD and that he had a contact that could take care of this for us. We made the 2 hour drive to visit with him and was introduced to the salesperson, Jamie England. He contacted the conversion expert to determine what vehicle in their inventory would be best to meet our needs. We drove home in a new vehicle and they even included to conversion in the deal. We left feeling we were given a fair deal and the vehicle we purchased will meet all our expectations for a new vehicle. I would definitely buy from this dealer and salespersons again and will start my search with them in the future.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

As a child I fell in love with a black CJ with a tan top. As an adult I could never justify buying a Jeep because I had kids and Jeeps weren't practical. Fast forward nearly 40 years later and there are even 4 door Jeep Wranglers. No excuse for families. My kids are now all adults so I had no excuse. My salesman, Ken, was ever so diligent asked patient with me while I looked. So many Jeeps to choose from. I might add it was raining the day I bought my Jeep so Ken and I both got wet. He's dedicated! Finally I found the one I wanted and the same color scheme that started my love affair with Jeeps since I was a child. By the time all the paperwork was done it was well past closing time. Ken even followed up with me after my purchase. Car buying is stressful enough but Ken made it much less stressful. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.
