The last thing I wanted to do this year was buy a vehicle but HUGE thanks to Amber Genardi and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for making the experience THE BEST EVER! Not only did she sacrifice her time off to work with me around my schedule, she went above and beyond to make sure this vehicle would still be on the lot for me, since I was traveling nearly two hours to purchase a vehicle. To make the whole process even sweeter, Amber gave me an awesome gift basket! She did a wonderful job explaining the features of my new to me vehicle. As well as making it very clear that she will continue to be available to answer questions as I spend more time in my new ride. These folks reached out after a technical error on capturing my phone number and realized that I likely had an affiliation discount available to me. That helped make the difference and we were able to put together a deal that worked for both them and me. What made me happy was they actually had the very vehicle (with all the options and color scheme's) I was looking for and it made all the difference as I had also been shopping at two other dealerships which were well equipped. The biggest difference is that their selection was so much better than viewing these vehicles on a web site. My sales executive was new to this dealership, and he was eager to please and bent over backwards to make sure I saw the right vehicle and got the experience I needed to make the purchase. I am really pleased with the vehicle, and it performs as advertised or better!!!! This is my third Ram 1500 (it's all I've driven for the last 17 years) and they simply continue to to get better. I expect my next vehicle will also be another Ram 1500 Limited pickup.
