We bought a used 2004 Mercedes Kompressor from Mr. Lopez. The purchase was for my grandson. The vehicle was clean, no dents, etc. Our experience was good. Mr. Lopez was patient and understood our concerns (he was accommodating and seemed eager to help us). We test drove the vehicle and it ran well. The vehicle seemed reasonably priced. In spite of this, we were able to negotiate a discount. Upon purchase, we took the vehicle into the dealership (Mercedes-Benz) for routine maintenance. Other than the need for an oil change, the mechanic found the vehicle in good working condition. Vehicle running good so far. Although we understand maintenance on these types of cars can be expensive, we are satisfied with the purchase. My grandson is happy. Thank you Mr. Lopez.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

My car came in for routine service and it was done on time and perfect. And I got a heads up about tire tread. Thank you. Even got the car washed, it rained on the way home, of course. Was very happy with everything, especially, my advisor, Lucky.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet!

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I really liked the straightforward communications from the sales staff. There were no games with Martin (sales manager) and Mandae (salesman). I got a reasonable price without a ton of haggling.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

When we purchased the Toyota Rav4 from them, they were able to do all the paperwork with our credit union, our insurance company and motor vehicle in a short frame of time. When we pulled into Tucson a few weeks ago from Ohio on an Friday our brakes begin to fail. I called them and they told me their service schedule was booked for the next three weeks but to drop the car off on Monday and they would work it into their schedule since it was a safety issue. By Tuesday they had it fixed under warranty and also did a full safety check I could not have been happier with their responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism. I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I really feel comfortable bringing my vehicle in for service, everyone is friendly and since my husband used to work with our vehicles I didn't know a lot about servicing them. I have received the help I need and can go away feeling that my car is in top condition. I trust the service and know that I can ask all the questions I need to and get the answers I need. My first truck after doing lots of research. Love the ride and room in it. My wife likes the ride and how high you ride to see ahead. More affordable then the other brands out there. Palmer Dodge was great to deal with.

Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.
