Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

My husband and I bought a 2012 dodge 2500 diesel and it needed a new sensor my salesperson Steven Tyler went above and beyond and made sure the truck was in grear working condition when I picked it back up. It got 2 new key fobs, oil change, new turbo, upper amf lower ball joints. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying this truck.

I was on my way to Pittsburg, Ks. from Leavenworth. When I got to Fort Scott, I started having problems with my car. I pulled into Briggs to see if they could help me with my car issues. Super nice group of people who work there. They bent over backwards to help me. I ended up purchasing a vehicle instead of having my car fixed. Kevin Filby was amazing...he showed me several different vehicles that were in my price range. That was in July of 2021. I ended up getting a Toyota Highlander and I love it! I highly recommend Briggs!

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

Best place to buy a car! Ask for frank! He will make sure you leave happy! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! I will go back for sure!

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I was in a bad accident and wast boned I had broken arm an fingers my 2500 turbo diesel was hit rightfront side then I was thrown into oncoming traffic and hit again after all that just body damage thank goodness frame was not affected this truck and god saved my life and the fact that god protected me the Olive said if I wasn’t in a wellbuilt truck like I was I would have been killed, thank you Dodge Ram for building these so strong I love my Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel Ivan only speak highly of it it’s a 2014 with 17,000 on the mileage and damage cost ins 22,000 to fix!! The Cummins Diesel engine is a powerhouse in this truck. You can haul or tow any piece of heavy equipment or freight with this truck with ease.

I had an incredible new car buying experience at Briggs of Fort Scott. I couldn’t find the vehicle I wanted locally, so I traveled 450 miles to Fort Scott, Kansas. The dealership was not “paved with gold tiles” like some of the large dealerships near my home. Instead, I found a small-town dealership offering a golden experience. Even with the travel expenses included, the vehicle was less expensive than it would be if I was able to buy it locally. It was also, by far, the fastest buying process I have ever experienced, from the time I showed up to the time I was driving away with my new car. I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.
