I became part of the Romeo Buick Chevy family back in October 2015, and since then, I’ve purchased three new vehicles. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

I bring my fleet vehicle here for repairs/maintenance. Other dealerships have treated me like a second class customer because the fleet company pays for everything. I have never once felt that way at Sullivan's. They are always kind and have gone above and beyond for me at times. My husband became a loyal customer here because of their great customer service.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Jordan was so helpful. He helped me choose a car with no pressure. Took very great care of me and my Son. Big bonus. Amy handled the all the paperwork so I understood it all. I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I went to Romeo VW on a Thursday, with the idea of purchasing a Jetta that I saw in the showroom. By 4:30, I was driving the Jetta home. This is the second VW I have purchased from Romeo VW. The salesman was easy to work with. After making a deal he sent us out to get lunch while the paperwork was done. He called me a couple of times with updates. When dealing with insurance agencies and DMV, there is bound to be a short delay. The whole process was 5 hours. The salesman called me the next day to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely recommend Romeo VW to my friends and family. Everyone there is so nice to deal with.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

I just bought a new Sentra from Romeo Nissan. As usual, I dreaded the car buying experience; however, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience at Romeo Nissan. I would definitely recommend Tori and Romeo if you are in the market for a Nissan.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

Worked with Steve, didn't end up buying but he was super nice and upfront with us. A much better experience than some of the dealers we talked to on this journey.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. Outstanding truck Ride quality is best in class as is fit and finish. Drive a Chevy/gmc/ford and then drive a Ram. Just make sure you get a hemi.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I’ve interacted with two individuals, Fiona and Autumn, and both have been a pleasure to work with—professional, courteous, and helpful. While I haven’t yet purchased an Escape from them or elsewhere, they clearly excel at customer service and represent their company exceptionally well.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

We recently purchased a new and a used cars. The salesman, Pat Duke, was amazing! He was (and has been, with past purchases) a no pressure, and extremely knowledgeable salesman! He handled everything (running support and interference) from the moment we walked into the show room. Pat worked tirelessly both in and on his day off, making calls and texts, making sure that we were attended to and taken care of. Because of Pat Duke, we will continue working with him at Romeo Chevrolet.

Jim I agree with what the one guy said best truck I’ve ever owned. And I’ve owned a lot from Toyota tundras,Toyota Tacoma‘s ,Chevy Silverado‘s ,avalanche,and this is my first Ram. 300 hp six cylinder motor quiet and smooth. Best riding truck I’ve ever owned. It’s a Warlock model four-door 6 1/2 foot bed

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.
