After searching for a truck for months, I found the one I wanted online at Miracle. After communication with Brian, I decided to purchase from him instead of my home town dealership in Texas that has had my business for years. Brian is one of the nicest salesmen that I've had the pleasure of doing business with. (and I don't like pushy salesmen) He was very compassionate about what I was wanting, and forthcoming about the whole process. He gave me a great deal, and even had the truck delivered. I spoke with Michael about the financing paperwork, and he was very honest and open. He went over everything with me so that I had absolutely no questions. Even got me a better rate! Best buying experience ever!! I highly recommend Miracle to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle.

After 8 Chevy Truck3 I got a Ram Bighorn 6 Cylinder at the beginning of the Pandemic a week before the Incentives ran out at Wally Armour in Alliance Ohio . I got a second one from the Spitzer Ram Dealer in Ontario Ohio 3 years later (2024) . I'm hoping for a new Truck again next year at the end of 26 beginning of 27 Model Year and Ram appears the obvious choice . Cheers Geiger

A few weeks after having a sensor replaced under warranty at the dealership, my check engine light came on again?this time indicating an issue with the CO2 sensor. I returned to the dealership and also needed an oil change. Doug, the service advisor, initially informed me that the CO2 sensor was not covered under the same warranty as the previously replaced part. However, he said he would check with his supervisor. After a short wait, Doug came back with good news: his supervisor had approved the replacement of the CO2 sensor under warranty, meaning I would only be responsible for the oil change. Unfortunately, the sensor was not in stock at the time, so it had to be ordered. I was told that I wouldn?t be able to pay for the oil change until the sensor was replaced, as everything would be included on one service ticket. The sensor arrived late in the day, so I scheduled an appointment for a time that fit around my work schedule. I brought the car in on Friday morning, and the sensor was replaced promptly at no cost to me (aside from the oil change). The team was very accommodating throughout the entire process, and I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile.

He immediately grabbed the keys for multiple Bronco trims and colors I was interested in, making sure we could take our time and see exactly what fit our needs. We ultimately landed on a black Bronco that had just arrived on the lot and hadn?t even been PDI?d yet. Scott apologized that it wasn?t cleaned up yet, but that didn?t bother us at all?it showed how new the vehicle really was. In fact, Scott?s first impression was so strong that while he was grabbing the keys, my wife said, ?We?re buying from Scott today.? Scott kept the experience enjoyable, sharing stories and making us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. When it came time to work the numbers, both Scott and Joey, the manager, were open, transparent, and professional. No games, just honesty and respect. At the end of the day, it was the best dealership experience we?ve ever had. I?ll be recommending Scott and Bates Ford to everyone I know. The 30-minute drive from Nashville was absolutely worth it, and I wouldn?t hesitate to make the trip again.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Buying process was quick and easy! Relaxed environment and no pressure. The manager is awesome, and makes the process smooth. Great prices too.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

I like the dealership,every one is very professional and very nice. I like checking out their cars and trucks while I?m having my truck serviced.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck
