Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

My buying experience was seamless! My salesperson Dylan did an exceptional job of facilitating my purchase experience!

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

My service advisor had such a great attitude with welcoming me in and smiling as he assured he would make sure my experience was going to be great. And it was thx to him. It was refreshing to have a service employee appear to love his job, or he pretending really well. Either way it was appreciated. A great attitude goes a long way!

Great truck. Had issues with Def freezing below 12 degrees. Had to rig a heater cord on line to keep warm. Had to have it flashed once. Dodge did recall for CP4 pump changed back to the more reliable CP3. Still have a catch in the steering when turning. Dealer says it’s just normal. I disagree. Sometimes on a turn vehicle wants to go straight. Had an alignment which made the steering better and the ride better.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I got hit in a snow storm and pushed into oncoming traffic then hit by a 60,000 lbs snow plow. Truck was totaled had to be cut out of it because all the doors were stuck but I walked away with minor bruising from the seat belt. Just got my new 2026 last week. Definitely recommend for safety and 24 mpg on the highway with the twin turbo hurricane and plenty of power.

The last Hemi powered Rams. I have owned a lot of trucks and my last 3 were all Ram 1500 Hemi powered. I liked the new Hurricane I6 turbo motor coming soon but also want my truck to sound like a truck. I am glad I got my 24 at the end of 2023 before I moved across the country to Texas. I have the Laramie trim level 4x4 and etorque engine. The start stop is so much smoother with the etorque system while I also enjoy that it is turned off when in tow mode. We have a Tritoon we pull behind that weights about 7,500lbs. Tows it just fine. A little more squat than I would like if I put extra supplies in the bed. However I am planning on getting airbags to assist. This is my first ram with the ram box and I love it! The dry storage is great for basic items and we use when grocery shopping every weekend. The entertainment system is good not great. Every now and then it messes us and I have to reset it. Gotta love technology but by pressing the volume and tune knob in at same time for 15 seconds it resets easily. Wireless CarPlay is great! The Harmon Kardon sound system is nice. I have a speaker rattle that the dealer is ordering a new speaker for replacement. I have had 2 recalls so far and 1 warranty visit at a local dealer. (Not the best experience) but new ownership of a large corporate owned store they just don’t seem to care. The locally owned store is now assisting me and while parts still take time it’s nice when they call you occasionally for an update vs never calling you back. My only gripe is the 23&24 ram Laramie trucks stoped. Coming with the painted fender flairs so it feels a bit naked and I got a door ding at a shopping center without that protection. (My older ram truck had it) anyway great power. Good highway fuel (20mpg not towing) I average 17mpg driving in this crazy dfw traffic. Towing it goes way down to 10-12 mpg. I averaged 11.5 driving from Ohio to Texas. Lots of tech and big interior. Looking for many years of enjoyment.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle! Christopher Aylesworth was absolutely amazing helping us pick the perfect truck for our son. Our son serves in the military and Chris went above and beyond to put a bow on the truck and have it detailed to perfection so we could surprise our son picking it up at the dealership. I just purchased a new Toyota Tacoma today and was beyond pleased with the experience. I used the Costco Auto Program and was contacted by Ruben Puente quickly. He provided me the Costco price (which was great btw) and provided me trade in figures quickly via email. This was super helpful as I leave 2 hours away and wanted to make sure all the numbers were buttoned up before I made the trip down. Unfortunately Ruben was off today but answered his cell phone and arranged for his peer Lee Makarwich to help me when I arrived. They coordinated well and Lee had the Tacoma cleaned up and ready for me to check out upon my arrival. Lee went to bat for me with a discrepancy with the value of one of my trade ins and made sure I got the deal I was expecting. He was very professional and took great care to make sure everything was explained properly and that I was taken care of. Kevin Tran, the Finance Manager, listened to my needs and offered a great solution for my long term ownership satisfaction. We settled on a short term/high mileage warranty and gap protection to protect me from any unforeseen expenses that may occur in the future. He was friendly, professional and a pleasure dealing with. Overall from the being to the end, this was a wonderful experience and highly recommend checking out the great staff at Toyota of Fort Worth for any automobile purchase.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

Drew was there from our first call until we went home with a new Chevy. He worked hard to get us where we needed to be financially. Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.
