I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I called the service department to get an oil change as soon as they could get me in. They had me bring our Jeep in within the hour and had it back within an hour so I could get to work on time. Thank you all for helping us out and making sure I got to work on time.

This is the second Ram I have owned. My first was a limited 19 model. My second one is a Laramie. I used to be a GM. man till I bought my first Ram. Will never own nothing else. Comfort and quality.

No expectation of buying a car. I stopped in just to look. My wife and I had been discussing getting a newer car but had issues getting a loan. This was about the 6th dealership we had looked at in a week and only did so because a friend had recently bought his car there. I was so glad we did, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

The buying experience was great! However when we took it back for spoiler and tint, and clean that it did not get when we bought it, because the guy had teeth pulled, the only thing done was swept. No fluids added, nothing was clean. Rita

This is about my 7th Ram, and it does not disappoint. Excellent fuel economy, quiet, very smooth and comfortable. I have 60,000km and zero issues.

So glad we went into edmartin to trade our jeep in April we weren't sure about the 2010 Nissan Rogue we were eligible for since our credit and time on the job. Cory did the job for us got us approved and in a vehicle that's a lot better than the one we traded in. Our jeep we traded was old and had a lot needing done with it no ac and with two babies we needed one with ac. About after a month the compressor for the ac went out on the Nissan we got from the dealership. Was gonna cost almost $900 and we were gonna have to pay half and that definitely wasn't possible with all our bills and on one income with two babies to come up all the sudden with it. So I had some words with cory and the dealership and cory is paying half of our half out of his discount or commission not sure he just said he was gonna pay half of our part so we only had to come up with $200 . While it's being fixed he put me in a temporary vehicle so we had a vehicle to drive. This means a lot because we were upset about having the vehicle only a little over a month and it happening but now he has done all he could to make sure we were happy and he definitely did an awesome job. I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

We had been shopping around for a newer used car so knew exactly what we wanted. After visiting several dealers who were more than dishonest with us, we ended up at Unlimited in Elwood. It was so refreshing to deal with honest people, Duane and Mike, who answered all our questions without any BS. There was an issue with the car we wanted, which was known, and they worked with us to get it repaired. The only negative was that the car was originally on their Noblesville lot and in the change, the 2nd key couldn't be found. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer for its honest and easy to work with salesmen, clean showroom, and professionalism!
