I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

When it came time to sell my vehicle, not only was Shawn the first person to reach out to me but was also the only one willing to come to me - which was a HUGE help! We were moving out of state and were hoping to sell in less than 2 days. He made the process simple, was a great communicator, and we negotiated a fair deal. Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

My boyfriend and had been looking for a used truck all over Denver until we came across the perfect match at Boulder Dodge in Boulder. We showed up and were immediately greeted by James. And even gave us a fair deal for our trade in. The gentleman we worked with in the financing department was also very personable and made the process a good, memorable experience.

From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

Was in another dealership and saw the same jeep on line at SW - while waiting for offers - I messaged and set up buying process in a quarter of the time I was sitting at the other dealership. Walked in, looked at jeep, sat down, got final offers and was out the door in an hour - only wait time was waiting for detailing to be done by tech which I was grateful for! I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Great Nimble Van!!! Go out and get yourself one!!! A bit pricey for a new one, but very peppy and great turning radius. Will be used for an adventure vehicle for the family after the upfitting is completed.

I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

The service performed on my car was perfect. My experience with Clayton was not. When I pulled in he said I'm sending you a text message so you have my number. Feel free to text me with questions. I texted asking for a status update and got no response. After the service I texted asking if he could make a correction to the invoice and their internal system (theyy have an incorrect email address) and got no response. Had I not gone outside to look, I don't know how much time I would have sat there after my car was ready to go. And, they still have an incorrect email for me. Very frustrating experience.

This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Great looking truck that rides like a luxury car. The suspension is state of the art and was the deciding factor for me versus the F-150. The Uconnect system works seamlessly to provide phone connectivity and the myriad of available features make customizing your Ram a breeze.

Oil change and tire rotation. Tire pressure was not set to proper pressure after tires were rotated. Oil change was OK. I did check the torque on the wheel bolts and they were OK. Service Advisor Ryan Larson was very helpful and answered all my questions. ?

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.
